Description

The AM6U1325 is a 17mΩ, 2.5A single-channel load switch that is able to switch a power rail ranging from 1.0 V to 5.5 V. It contains reverse current protection and Power Good [PG] signaling pin. The product is packaged in an ultra-small 1.0x1.6mm package.
